Playgolf was informed on 13 October 2006, pursuant to the Companies Act 1985, of
the following notifiable interests in the Company:


Following the sale of 286,935 ordinary shares, Close Investments Limited is now
interested in a total of 5,705,636 ordinary shares in the Company representing
9.84 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.


Further, following the sale of 3,553,838 ordinary shares, The Strathclyde
Pension Fund whose shares were registered as Nortrust Nominees and managed by
Gartmore Investment Managers, no longer has a notifiable interest in the
Company.
