Playgolf (Holdings) Plc is the AIM listed leading developer and operator of
advanced multi-sport facilities in the UK. These facilities include both indoor
and outdoor sports with retail space attached and are often developed in
partnership with local authorities.

Playgolf currently owns/operates the following sites:
			 
Northwick Park
In addition to the 6 hole Majors signature golf course, 60-bay 2-tier driving
range, adventure golf, the UK's first automatic baseball batting cages and
indoor fitness facilities, it also has conference facilities, a JJB golf store
and a large family restaurant.
			
East Kilbride
Currently under development it is the site of the world's first purpose-built
PowerPlay Golf course which will be a 9 hole tribute to famous UK links holes; a
60-bay 2-tier driving range, 10 football pitches, baseball cages, a 220,000 sq
ft indoor sports centre which will include the UK's largest indoor public tennis
centre, other sports facilities plus extensive retail, conferencing and
restaurant facilities. It is scheduled to open in late 2008.
			 
Manchester
Located at the Trafford Centre, supplementing local sports and leisure
facilities, this golf centre has 64 golf driving bays, 4 video teaching studios,
a relaxing cafe bar, conference facilities and an American Golf store.
			
Metro, Hendon
This golf centre has a 9 hole par 3 course in addition to the golf academy
teaching facilities and 64-bay driving range.
			 
Playgolf also owns 25% of PowerPlay Golf. Described as golf's' answer to
Twenty20 cricket, this is a shorter, more exciting version of golf, where there
are 2 flags on every green. You can score extra points if you take a 'PowerPlay'
and go for the Black Flag, but you have a limited number of 'PowerPlays' in your
round. The game has received critical acclaim across the golfing world. Further
to receiving interest from 44 countries PowerPlay Golf will be rolled out
globally over the next 12 months.
